I would like to return what I purchased from your online store. How do I go about that?
In the event that you are not thoroughly satisfied with your purchases from our online store, please email us within 7 days of receipt of your item at [email protected] and identify your issue or concern. If the situation permits you may be eligible for an exchange; further details including cost of shipping will be discussed based on each specific situation.
How do I care for the jewelry?
Each of these pieces is truly a one-of-a-kind creation and should be treated with utmost care and love. Using a damp, lint-free cloth, gently wipe the area to keep your piece clean and shiny. Do not submerge in water or chemicals.
I would like to send your jewelry as a gift to someone.
How will it be packaged for them?
In the spirit of upcycling and re-purposing, your one-of-a kind Orenda creation will arrive wrapped in a hand chosen piece of vintage inspired fabric and a beautiful ribbon. Email us after you place your order with a personalized message for the included card.
Will you create a custom piece, or will you incorporate something from my personal collection?
How often will new pieces be added to the site?
Each creation is hand sculpted from a foundation of uniquely vintage pieces hand selected by Lauren Ahlert and curated from flea markets, vintage shops, thrift shops, and estate sales. New pieces are continually being made and will be added to the online store as often as possible.
What do I do if my jewelry breaks?
Please keep in mind that these are tiny art pieces to be worn with absolute care and love. Creations that specifically have sculpted crystals should be treated with additional care. If you have an issue, please email us and detail what occurred. If necessary some items can be fixed for a nominal fee.
